How accurate are these prayer times?

Times are calculated astronomically from your exact coordinates using the same method as most mosque timetables (sun angle for Fajr and Isha, solar noon for Dhuhr, shadow length for Asr). You can fine-tune with manual minute adjustments to match your local mosque exactly.

Which calculation method should I use?

Automatic picks the convention used in your country (for example Umm al-Qura for Saudi Arabia, ISNA for the USA and Canada, University of Islamic Sciences Karachi for Pakistan and India). You can override it in Calculation settings.

What is the difference between Standard and Hanafi Asr?

The Standard (Shafi‘i, Maliki, Hanbali) school starts Asr when an object's shadow equals its height; the Hanafi school waits until the shadow is twice the height, so Hanafi Asr begins later.

How does the Qibla compass work?

It calculates the great-circle bearing from your coordinates to the Ka‘bah in Makkah. On a phone, tap the compass to use your device's sensor so the gold tip tracks the Ka‘bah as you turn.
